Some of the problems encountered can be solved both quickly and remotely through our “remote assistance” service. After installing a small software package, and through a secure connection, our technicians will be able to intervene immediately.

The CLIENT declares to be aware of the current regulations and expresses his/her consent to submitting personal data and to its processing, for the purpose of solving software problems.

By accepting these conditions INNOVA and the CLIENT agree as follows: the CLIENT expressly authorizes online access to its corporate network to the INNOVA technical staff for assistance requests and/or updates of the software procedures in use.

The CLIENT guarantees INNOVA to be in possession of a regular and legal right to use all the software installed on its equipment, relieving INNOVA of any responsibility relating to the use of software installed in violation of the current license rules; INNOVA, in turn, guarantees full legitimacy in the use of the software necessary to support the needs of the CLIENT.

The CLIENT guarantees INNOVA to be in possession of back-up systems of its IT system and the relevant data archives and that they are updated daily, expressly relieving INNOVA from any responsibility in this regard.

INNOVA ensures the utmost diligence with regard to the required activities, while at the same time it guarantees, for the purposes of current regulations, not to acquire and/or store sensitive data on its equipment pertaining to the CLIENT’s archives.

Should it be necessary to download, partially or completely, information stored on the CLIENT’s computer systems, the CLIENT will be informed beforehand and the data will be stored at the INNOVA systems, only after the CLIENT’s verbal authorization and only for the time necessary to complete the required technical work.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES: INNOVA does not recognize any type of warranty with regard to remote assistance. The entire risk deriving from the use of remote assistance via the CLIENT’s equipment and software procedures is entirely borne by the CLIENT.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE: under no circumstances will INNOVA be liable for any damage of any kind, including, without limitation, damage for losses or loss of earnings, business interruption, loss of information or other economic losses, deriving from the remote assistance activity; in particular, INNOVA will not be liable for any damage caused to the CLIENT due to interruptions in the system’s operations or the relevant equipment, among which are, by way of example and not limited to, loss of profits, costs for restoration of activities, civil liability towards third parties, etc. .

The aforementioned guarantee and liability limitations refer exclusively to the remote assistance activities and to their duration, therefore they do not replace any other guarantee, exclusion of liability or protection of the CLIENT included in the license agreements relating to the use of the software products installed by the CLIENTS on which INNOVA intervenes.
