START UP MANAGEMENT

USER CENSUS, REGIONAL ZONING AND DISTRIBUTION KIT

Advanced IT tools to carry out all the activities planned and aimed at building a database, from regional surveys to utility analysis, a reference to optimise the supply of material to the users and manage their distribution.

These processes are always accompanied by training events aimed above all at facilitators and structured, from a methodological point of view, so as to produce the best learning conditions.

INNOVAMBIENTE® allows to optimally organise the Start Up which represents the most delicate phase for the success of a Separate Waste Collection project and for the achievement of the expected objectives.

MUNICIPAL USER MANAGEMENT AND REGIONAL ZONING

When properly designing the Start Up phase of the service it is advisable to size up the problem. INNOVAMBIENTE® allows to import the TARI role containing the list of all the users and to start a process of harmonisation and subdivision of the users into:

  • Household users (HU);
  • non-domestic users (NDU);
  • Condominium users (CU).

The user registries can therefore be consulted and modified at any time using the waste management software.

They are automatically processed by the system which associates, based on the address and the street number, the GPS position, making it possible to see and search the distribution of the users on a Google map.

INNOVAMBIENTE® therefore allows to designate the collection areas directly on the map and to perform appropriate analysis for the design of the services.

USER CENSUS

The user census is an important process because it allows to consolidate and update the database. The INNOVAMBIENTE® Start Up Go App is the ideal tool to carry out a census of users since, installed on a mobile device and through a simple and intuitive interface, it allows:

Each user is associated with a status that makes it possible to track and manage users not found or opponents.

Through the web site of the Operations Centre it is therefore possible to consult all the acquired data, with the aid of tables, graphs and a map, with the possibility of exporting the data in the desired formats. The census therefore also becomes a useful tool for sizing the supply of containers for users.

KIT DISTRIBUTION

The INNOVAMBIENTE®Start Up Go App allows the management of the Kit distribution phase to the users.

It is optimised to manage the association between the container identification code (RFID, barcode), be it a tank, a trolley or a bag, and the user.

It allows to carry out the Containers-Users association in two possible ways, door-to-door or collection at an Eco-Point, and to acquire the digital signature of the user.
All data relating to the Kit distribution phase is transmitted in real time and can be consulted through the web site of the Control Centre with the aid of tables and graphs, as well as through representation on a map.

The system interfaces with DAINT and GB.COM automatic bag distributors.

COLLECTION SIMULATION

This innovative system allows to statistically verify the behaviour of the users, therefore to have an overview of the service performance, useful for identifying anomalous behaviours and for better definition of the service.
For the purposes of awarding scores, it is possible to include rewarding or penalising criteria for users such as contributions to Collection Centres and/or reports to be paid by users.
A practicable intelligent approach thanks to the fact that the INNOVAMBIENTE® platform is able to aggregate in a single instrument all the data relating to the contributions made by the users.
