TOLL-FREE NUMBER MANAGEMENT
The Backoffice Service automatically receives and catalogues reports or requests for collection, such as for example bulky, electronic equipment (WEEE), pruning clippings, which can come from a citizen through the use of the informative and interactive App dedicated to waste collection.
In the event that the report or request arrives through the toll-free number, it is possible to enter it in the system by selecting the user and the type of waste for which they require collection.
The cataloguing includes all the user data and the details of the request including the attached photo. The toll-free number operator who takes charge of the alert can give immediate feedback to the user via a notification that will be visible on the App or via email.
In the case of a collection request, it is possible to associate this with a calendar day in order to create a daily collection service plan. This plan is detailed and exportable in a printable format.
COLLECTION ON DEMAND
The On Demand collection services are managed by INNOVAMBIENTE® in a completely automated manner through a specific request processor.
All withdrawal requests are preloaded based on the collection schedule. The software processor is aware of the GPS location of the users and generates an optimised collection program in the routes and which depends on the number of vehicles available in the service.
The vehicles are equipped with a mobile device with the INNOVAMBIENTE® On Demand App that allows guided navigation to all waste collection services.
